The DT4202 is a 5V PMU comprised of two independent high-efficiency 2A synchronous buck DC-DC converters. The DT4202 operates from an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and provides two separate outputs voltage from 0.6V on, making the device ideal for low voltage power conversions. Operating at a frequency of 1.5MHz allows the use of small external components, such as ceramic input and output caps, as well as small inductors, while still providing low output ripples. Light-Load mode enhances the efficiency at light loading conditions. Internal soft-start control circuitry reduces inrush current. Under-voltage Lockout, Short-circuit and thermal-overload protection improves design reliability. The DT4202 is available in ESOP8 package.


GENERAL DESCRIPTION
